Software as a service (SaaS) is one of the ways to deliver your application as a service over the Internet. You don’t need to install anything on your computer, you can find the application online. You just need to sign up for the cloud-based application and leave the rest to the software provider, meaning that the service provider manages the hardware and software.
The main benefit of SaaS is to let your organization up and running quickly at minimal upfront cost.

Kadanza is ISO 27001 certified. ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security management, and certification demonstrates our commitment to protecting our customers' data. You can download the certificate here. So, it is another way of saying that we take data security seriously at Kadanza. In addition, our servers are hosted in Europe and we’re making sure that our platform is always up to date with the latest security measures.
No, we don’t charge per user. We have an unlimited user policy because we want our platform to be available to everyone within or outside of your organization. You put too much work into creating your branded assets so we believe that it needs to be distributed to the people that need access.
No, you don’t need to enter your card details. We require you to enter your card details when you decide to make a purchase.
All the features from the subscription model that you choose are included in the free trial. Since you’re in trial, we’d like you to benefit from all the features for that specific plan for you to understand the features better and make your decision based on that. In this case, we highly encourage you to choose the plan that you think is the best fit for your organization.
Kadanza has an API available that can be used to connect Kadanza with other applications. So, tell us what you need and we’d be happy to discuss the possibilities and provide technical support.

We do our best to make sure that our platform is self-explanatory. That’s why we created a Knowledge Base that explains how the platform works. You can also check our blog posts for more in-depth explanations on several topics. Also, we provide short explanatory videos on our platform to show you how the features work.
Besides these, we strongly suggest that you get in contact with your Customer Success Manager at Kadanza because we believe that collaboration brings better results. This way, she can guide you through the platform and help you to up & running with Kadanza as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that onboarding for Pro license is little bit more comprehensive than the other licences because of the customized solutions based on your use case. So, the onboarding may include more explanatory video calls.
We require a bank card for billing purposes and we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and UnionPay. In some cases we allow our users to pay with a purchase order.
Please keep in mind that we use Stripe as the payment processing platform. So, we don’t store your card details nor have access to it.
Your account will be suspended and you’ll receive an email to contact support. If you’d like to activate your account and complete your Kadanza purchase, you should send an email to support or your Customer Success Manager. This way, we’ll activate your account and you’ll have the chance to update your billing information as well as continue using your Kadanza platform after the payment.
Yes, you manage everything from “Plan and billing” if you’re the account owner. In general, upgrading is easier than downgrading because you’ll have fewer features available. For example, if you have a Grow plan and use 3 spaces, you’ll have 1 space for a Start plan. In this case, you need to make some changes before downgrading. For these types of requests, you can always contact your Customer Success Manager. She’ll help you with the request and guide you through the process.
You can cancel your plan from “Manage my plan”. When you decide to cancel it, you can continue using Kadanza until the next invoice period.
Please keep in mind that your data will not be deleted from our server for a month. So, if you decide to continue using your Kadanza installation within this month, you can activate your account by contacting support or the Customer Success Manager. However, if you decide to activate your account after a month of the cancelation period, you’ll lose all the data that is stored in your Kadanza installation.
