Position & profile

We are looking for a Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer success. In this role, you’ll independently manage all aspects of customer support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and guiding users to get the most out of our platform. This position requires resilience, independence, and the ability to work within a small but dynamic team.

Skills & tools

  • Provide top-tier support to high-profile, international clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our DAM and Creative Automation tools.
  • Proactively identify recurring challenges and provide input to improve processes, documentation, and platform features.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all support-related matters, managing and prioritizing tasks independently.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base, FAQs, and other resources to empower clients and streamline support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and sales) to ensure client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SaaS customer support, with exposure to brand management or creative tools being a strong advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric: Demonstrated experience working with international, high-profile clients, ensuring excellent service and building strong relationships.
  • Independent & Resilient: Capable of managing support independently, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a small team, while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Eager to Learn: A proactive mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
